in the tunnel. I am only 11.041 words from completing my NaNoWriMo year 2012. And I am so proud of my self 🙂
Honestly I didn´t thought I make it. Well I am not at the finish line yet but I will be. The best thing about this November writing marathon is that my editor on my shoulder is fired and probley never will come back. I hope.
This NaNoWriMo has been wonderful and too think I have written a novel, not yet completed but a really good first draft is mind-blowing. My first book now on ice when I work on my second novel under NaNoWriMo and the first one I worked on for almost two years and manage too get aprox 77.000 words in that one. And now for 30 days I will have written 50.000 words on book number two. Amazing!
It´s a really good feeling. Of course I am tired but nicely tired. You can sleep later 🙂 because this is a lot of fun. Hard work indeed. But fun.
I have a very supportive family and i love them for letting me pursue my dream of becoming an author.
And I love the self-pub community for all the nice people out there so willingly and with kind hearts helps us first time self-pub authors or wannabes with their advice, their blogs and experience. Top of my head i think about
A Newbie´s Guide to Publishing
but they are a lot more people out there in this wonderful community. And some day soon I hope I will join them.
